At UNVIVIDWEAR, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Items must have all original tags attached (if applicable).

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Customized or personalized products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly replace it.
